'Anatomy of a Murder' - Opening Credits
The opening title sequence of 'Anatomy of a Murder' reflects the title and the themes of the movie through the use of the images on the screen and where the titles are placed on the images. Individual body parts begin to appear on the screen one by one, the title then appears with one or two words on a different body part. The use of the limbs all being separated and different words from the title appearing reflects the word 'anatomy' and highlights the murderous theme of the movie. The use of the black detached body immediately conveys the theme of murder. More credits are shown on or around zoomed in versions of the different body parts furthermore highlighting the anatomy and showing the murderous theme.
